English Mass Schedule at Hikone Catholic Church

This is nothing new. I post this for those who haven't attended it.

We celebrate Mass in English for the first Sunday of the month at 11am at Hikone Catholic Church. Click here for the location. It is in the east of the castle just outside of the moat, south of the Hikone Castle Hotel.

We celebrate Mass in Japanese every Sunday at 9am. There is also mass in Spanish and Portuguese. I forgot when, but both are celebrated once a month respectively.

HIKONE FILIPINO COMMUNITY

1. Magkakaroon ng forum o dialogue with the Consul General ng Osaka Philippine Embassy sa July 11,2009, Sabado. Ang host ay mga Filipino communities dito sa Shiga. Ang venue ay sa Otsu Shi, Zeze sa Otsu Catholic Church 1:30 p.m. Inaanyayahan na dumalo, makilahok at makiisa sa forum na ito.

Sa karagdagang impormasyon tumawag sa 090-****-**** o sa 080-****-****.

2. Sa mga Filipino naghahanap ng trabaho, maari po lamang na sumangguni sa “Shiga Ken Kyushoku Sha Sogo Shien Center” katabi mismo ng Immigration Office sa Otsu. Tumawag sa 077-***-**** at hanapin si Ms. Grace Yamamoto. para sa English o Tagalog. Mula Lunes hangang Biyernes, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

3. Sa Sabado, August 8, 2009 magkakaroon ng BBQ dito sa parking lot ng simbahan mula 6:30 p.m. Ito ay para sa lahat ng Japanese, Brazilians at Filipinos. Inaanyayahan naming dumalo at makisaya sa araw na ito. 1,000 yen and bayad para sa food and drinks.

4. Ang Hikone Filipino Community ay maari ng makita at mahanap sa Facebook. Para sa karagdagang impormasyon magpunta sa www.facebook.com at search Hikone Filipino Community. Kailangan muna ninyo ng facebook account para makapag log on dito sa community social networking na ito.
